Randy Brazzel, MBA, MA, LPC, LMFT
Randy Brazzel is the CEO of New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers. Mr. Brazzel is a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 30 years of clinical experience. He has a Master’s in Clinical Psychology from the University of Houston – Clear Lake and a Master’s in Business Administration from Rice University. Mr. Brazzel has extensive expertise in working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families that are struggling with a variety of issues, including depression, anxiety, grief, anger, trauma, conflict resolution, marital conflict, alcohol and drug abuse, and behavioral problems.
Gary Hilliard, BS, LCDC
After receiving a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Banking and Financial Institutions at the University of Houston, Gary Hilliard, BS, LCDC worked as a banker for several years prior to a second career as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. Gary started his career as an addictions specialist with the Cenikor Foundation in Dayton, Texas, where he worked for four years. In 2011, Gary joined New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers where he works as the Director of Substance Abuse Counseling.
Stacey Doherty, Director of Human Resources & Administrator | SHRM Certified
With a strong belief that people are at the heart of every successful organization, I combine my HR expertise with a genuine passion for helping both employees and clients feel comfortable, respected, and cared for. I believe in being approachable, creating open lines of communication, and making sure people know that their voices matter. I strive to create an environment where employees can thrive, and clients feel supported throughout their experience with the organization.

Skylar Doherty, Assistant Human Resources/Assistant Administrator
Hi, I’m Skylar Doherty! I’m proud to be part of the team as a Human Resources Assistant at New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers. In my role, I help support our staff, assist with day-to-day Human Resources needs, and contribute to building a positive workplace. I enjoy connecting with people, staying organized, and helping our team run smoothly behind the scenes. I’m grateful to be part of an organization dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of the individuals and families we serve. I look forward to growing alongside the New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers team and helping create an environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.
Noelia Salazar, Administrator
Noie has been with New Dimensions since 2016 and is the head of the Billing department. She is responsible for the Clear Lake and TeleHealth billing while being based out of the Clear Lake office. She is mindful of details, well-organized, and always open to learning as many new things as possible. Out of the office, Noie enjoys spending time with her family and dog, reading books as well as comics, and playing video games.
Skye Garza, Administrator
Hi, I’m Skye Garza! I’m a friendly, compassionate, and people-oriented person who truly loves helping others. I enjoy connecting with people, making them feel welcomed and supported, and creating a positive experience for everyone I meet. I believe a little kindness and a listening ear can go a long way! When I’m not helping others, I enjoy spending time with the people I love, making memories, and simply enjoying life. I’m grateful to be in a role where I can connect with people every day and make a positive difference, even in the smallest ways.
Casey Whatley, Billing Specialist
Casey Whatley obtained an Associate’s Degree in Business in 2024 and joined the New Dimensions billing team as a Billing Specialist. She is based out of the Clear Lake location, where she handles billing matters for both the Katy and Woodlands locations. Casey is detail-oriented, organized, and always willing to learn something new. Outside of work, Casey enjoys family time with her daughter, dirt track racing, and spending time with her animals.
