Gary Hilliard, BS, LCDC

After receiving a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Banking and Financial Institutions at the University of Houston, Gary Hilliard, BS, LCDC worked as a banker for several years prior to a second career as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. Gary started his career as an addictions specialist with the Cenikor Foundation in Dayton, Texas, where he worked for four years. In 2011, Gary joined New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers where he works as the Director of Substance Abuse Counseling.

Mohammed Ayoub, MD

Mohammed Ayoub, MD is a practicing Adult, Child, and Adolescent Psychiatrist in Houston, Texas. After finishing General Psychiatry Residency at Loyola University Medical Center in Maywood, Illinois and Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Residency at the University of Texas Medical Branch in Galveston, Dr. Ayoub has been practicing in Clear Lake since 2002. He has been with the New Dimensions Day Treatment program of Clear Lake as the Medical Director of their Adolescent Program since 2002.

Tracie Bein, MA, LPC

Tracie Bein, MA, LPC is the Adult Mental Health Clinical Director and has worked at New Dimensions Day Treatment Centers in the position since 2000. She received her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from the University of Texas at Austin. Ms. Bein received her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Tufts University in Boston. She has over 27 years of experience in the field as a Licensed Professional Counselor. Besides working at New Dimensions, she has worked in numerous adult partial hospital programs in Texas doing individual, family and group psychotherapy. She also has experience in geriatric outpatient mental health and in the past served as the Clinical Director for the Rape Crisis Center in San Antonio, Texas. Her clinical specialties include trauma counseling, bipolar, depression and anxiety disorders and grief work. She also is certified in Reiki II.

Jeanie West LCDC

After receiving an Associates in Applied Science of Nursing degree at Alvin Community College, Jeanie West, LCDC worked as an RN for several years before returning to school to pursue a career change as a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. Jeanie began her career as an addictions counselor with New Dimensions in 2013. Jeanie is a certified Yoga and Meditation instructor. Jeanie has been working in the field of recovery since 2013. She is a native Houstonian, attended Alvin College where she received her Associates in Applied Science of Nursing and worked as an RN. is a certified yoga instructor and has an extensive business management background in the Oil and Gas industry, but while experiencing her own personal journey in recovery she decided to return to school to become a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor. She became passionate and grateful for the opportunity to work in something she loves and has never thought about doing anything else. She enjoys talking with people about the joys of recovery, and because asking for help was so difficult for her, she always wants to be available to answer questions and be able to help.

Anetra Williams

Anetra Williams, M.Ed., LPC-Associate 

Anetra received her Bachelor of Science in Sociology from the University of Houston Clear Lake. She received her Masters in Education (M.Ed.) in Counseling and Development from Lamar University. She is experienced in working with trauma, anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, Autism, and IDD. Anetra’s experience includes working with children, adolescents, couples, families, and adults. Her specialization is working in marriage and family therapy.  Anetra also has certifications in Reiki II and Children’s Yoga.  Her previous experience includes over 10 years in education working with children with behavior issues. Supervised by Morgan Tuck M.A.. LPC-S, NCC.

Terrinice Hayes, LMFT – Associate

Terrinice, an LMFT Associate, holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Sam Houston State University (2014) and a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Notre Dame De Namur University (2018). Along with five years of experience in behavior interventions for children and adolescents with autism, Terrinice focused on utilizing Art Therapy for self-expression during their graduate internship as a school counselor. They also applied Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for individuals with serious mental health diagnoses like Depression, Bipolar Disorder, and Schizophrenia. Terrinice’s diverse experiences uniquely equip them to assist individuals, couples, and families in navigating life’s challenges effectively. Supervised by Leslie Guditis, PhD, LMFT-S.

Regina Elrod

Dr. Jasime Sonny, PsyD

Dr. Sonny is a Provisionally Licensed Psychologist (TX License #39625). She holds a doctoral degree in Human and Organizational Psychology from Touro University Worldwide, as well as a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Counseling.

Dr. Sonny believes that every person is a unique individual and should be treated with the utmost respect. When working with clients, her primary goals are to be compassionate, culturally sensitive, and professional. Dr. Sonny specializes in conducting comprehensive psychological and neuropsychological evaluations of mood disorders, ADHD, ASD, and many other mental health disorders. In addition to treating depression, anxiety disorders, trauma, and ADHD. She has many years of experience working in a variety of mental health settings with both children and adults. She has experience providing individual therapy, family therapy, and crisis intervention. Dr. Sonny is passionate about assisting her clients with appropriate interventions so that they can live their lives to the fullest.

Diane Watt, MA, LPC Associate

After attaining a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Computer Information Systems, DianeWatt worked in the government information technology sector for several years before obtaining a Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. For approximately three years, Diane has provided mental health treatment interventions to a wide array of clients, including individuals, couples, groups, and families. Diane’s overall objective is to help clients achieve relational harmony with themselves and others, and her preferred modalities include cognitive processing therapy (CPT), attachment theory, trauma interventions, and acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT). Diane is supervised by Jeff Quan, LPC-S.

Jennifer Muschweck, MS, LPC-Associate

Jennifer Muschweck, MS, LPC-Associate, grew up in La Porte, TX. She went to Lamar University for undergrad and then University of Houston- Clear Lake for graduate school. Jennifer has a heart for helping others. She has training in trauma and brain science as well as 20 years of experience in education with all grade levels. Jennifer has a calm demeanor and a quirky sense of humor to put clients at ease.


As your therapist, Jennifer is person-centered and uses Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Solution Focused Therapy to help clients. She is in the process of becoming a Registered Play Therapist. MS. Muschweck is supervised by Diane Vines, LMFT-S, LPC-S, RPT-S.

Stacey Sullivan, NP

Stacey Sullivan is a Family Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner who has been treating individuals of all ages for over a decade in mental healthcare. Ms. Sullivan graduated from Abilene Christian University Magna Cum Laude in 2006 and from the University of Texas in Arlington in 2011. Ms. Sullivan served as a medical-surgical telemetry nurse before obtaining her graduate degree and decided to pursue mental health two years later. Ms. Sullivan feels that the decision to go into mental health was one of the best decisions of her life. Ms. Sullivan specializes in medication management while also incorporating medical, emotional, environmental, hereditary, and spiritual aspects of care.


Ms. Sullivan is very passionate about changing the quality and access of mental healthcare. Ms. Sullivan values the education and research that goes into the treatment of others and how important it is for one to be an active participant in their own health. Ms. Sullivan is a current member of the Psychiatric Advanced Practice Nurses of Houston, American Nurses Association, American Psychiatric Nurses Association, and Sigma Theta Tau Nursing Honor Society, Delta Theta Chapter. Ms. Sullivan lives in The Woodlands/Tomball area with her two daughters and enjoys life with her girls, music, working out, and the outdoors.
